How it started…

MZCN Zembylas + Nicolaou Architects & Designers LLC, is an evolution of the Architectural practice initially established by the late Mikis Zembylas in 1967, in Famagusta with his son Manos Zembylas and his long standing partner Chrysanthos Nicolaou now as the Architect shareholders.

Over the years, the firm has dealt with significant commissions including two major Government Office Buildings, namely the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Central Bank of Cyprus, acquiring valuable experience in the process, both in design and construction as well as in contract administration.

In addition, we have also had the opportunity to undertake other significant workspace commissions such as commercial banking head offices, as well as office buildings for Insurance and Advertising corporations.

Our portfolio also includes residential buildings, commercial buildings, student accommodation and Hotels, thus endowing the practice with a diverse design experience and the professional competence to tackle any form of design typology it may encounter.
