Q. How long does a typical project take?

A. The duration of a project depends on several factors such as its size, complexity, and scope. Notwithstanding the time taken by the various authorities to process the relevant permit applications, we advise on a timeline to be reasonably expected in each case. We strive to complete projects the soonest practicable but always without detriment to the end result.

Q.What is your design process?

A. Our design process involves several stages including site and brief analysis, concept design, design development, application for approvals, documentation and tender invitations. We work closely with our clients to ensure their involvement and participation at each stage of the process upto and including the final certification of completion of the Works.

Q. Do YOU handle construction and project management?

A. We perform the role granted to the Architect in the Building Contract and oversee the construction process within our terms of reference to ensure that the design is implemented according to the agreed specifications, quality standards, time frame and other conditions of Contract. We do however collaborate with firms who deal with specialised construction and project management, should such disciplines be deemed necessary by the nature and complexity of the Project, and can advise our clients accordingly.
